Please reach us at contact@aviatormentor.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes! If you're able to purchase the prouct/package you're interested in, we have availability in our schedule to work with you. Packages will be shown as "Sold Out" when we aren't able to take on new clients for that particular service.
The pilots we work with don't have a regular 9am-5pm work schedule, so neither do we. We try to stay flexible when working with our clients because all of you live in different time zones and work for a variety of 121, 135, and 91 operators across the country. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time to discuss the services we're providing for you.
Nope! We've worked with clients who had multiple airline interviews scheduled and we'll go over everything you need to know about those companies during your interview prep sessions. You only need to purchase one interview prep package and we'll speak with you to determine how much time you'd like to set aside for each company.
We've worked with a few pilots who only had as little as three days to prep for their interview. The airline didn't allow them to move their interview date or change to a later option. If this happens, feel free to send me an email at heather@aviatormentor.com or text me directly at 216-870-3834 before purchasing your prep package to coordinate schedules with me and ensure I can work with you on such short notice. Most times, it won't be an issue and we can make it work. Other times I may be traveling or out of town on the days you're trying to prep.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount on our interview prep packages for clients who have previously purchased resume or application services with us. Use the discount code BASIC10 for the basic prep package and PREMIER10 for the premier prep package when checking out.
We get this question a lot. The short answer is YES. You can't be considered if you don't apply, and you'll have a 0% chance of getting hired if you don't try at all. It's always worth trying. The pilot recruiting market changes quickly and what was considered competitive six months ago may no longer be valid. What's considered as competitive today will change a few months down the road. At the end of the day, you want to know that you did everything in your power to get hired on with your choice airline. You don't want to have any regrets.
Your resume is your highlight reel. It highlights your experience and education quickly for those reviewing your information. Considering some of you have applications that are 40 pages long, having a one-page resume comes in handy! You most definitely want to have a industry-standard resume when going to job fairs and conferences where you'll be meeting with recruiters and hiring managers. This once piece of paper represents you and serves as your first impression. Make it count.
Of course! Heath and Heather both have years of management experience with the airlines and can help you through any part of the application/interview process for management positions.
